Edinburgh Popfest
January 25, 2014 - If you want it, it’s there for the taking…

Um.  We (Marie and Mikie out of off of Postcode and Phil of “…and the dead” fame) were sitting in the studio, drinking heavily and going over old(ish) recordings, when we realised we had enough by The Slow Hours to release an honest-to-goodness e.p. (including one track which later became the basis of “Sweetheart” off of Phil Reynolds and the Dearly Departed‘s debut LP which we couldn’t even remember recording at all…).

So here it is.  As usual, free to  download for them as wants it.  We’re really, really proud of this one – especially as before 11 O’clock last night we had no idea this record existed, however potentially.  But it’s here, it’s ace, and we’re really proud of it.

By “here”, we mean the SBR Bandcamp shop…

Well, maybe not.  But we gots new music.  Here it is.  Our 18th release.  How cool is that?  A brand-new EP from instrumentalist fuzzlords Nanaki (aka our very own Mikie from out of off of Postcode).  It’s available as a free download or a rather beautifully sumptuous handmade CD-R.  Find it in the Bearshop
